Please note that the Direct Order Centre is currently developing a secure encrypted web system for orders to be placed directly over the internet. This feature will be available in the near future.

Delivery Times

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery once your item(s) has been shipped from our warehouse. In many cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 business days). Weekend and after-hours delivery is not available.

95% of orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment. You can help us speed up your order by paying for your order by credit card.

Unfortunately, we can't change the payment method on your order. However, we can cancel your original, so you can place a new order via credit card.

You can email us with your order cancellation request by using our online contact us system.

Returns

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item simply contact us. We will do our best to fix this up for you quickly, at our cost.

Unfortunately for quality control purposes we do not do returns if you change your mind.
